Description

I provide a supportive and nurturing environment in therapy while encouraging personal responsibility and growth in clients. I seek active collaboration with clients, treatment providers, and other members of the client's family and social network as appropriate. I strive to address the problem as quickly as possible, but with enough depth to avoid relapse. I set goals early in treatment with adults and couples, or with children and their families, so we can find successful solutions and change behavior problems, emotional difficulties, academic difficulties, or family problems as soon as possible. I am committed to delivering effective, scientifically-based treatment.

I provide therapy services for adults and children, working with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and provide parenting consults and skill-building for parents. In addition, I conduct health behavior assessments and diagnostic assessments of depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, intelligence, achievement, learning disabilities, and AD/HD for all ages.
