I am a 25 year veteran, New York State Licensed Bereavement and Mental Health Counselor and a Board Certified Professional Counselor Specializing in Bereavement and Transition Counseling.
Many of us enter therapy hoping to get some quick relief from the distress that we are experiencing in our lives. We are aware that we want to see some immediate results, especially when we are in pain. I believe in promoting client choice and responsibility, achieving authentic relationships and working in the present. I guide individuals and families through loss, depression/despair and life transitions. I draw from my own experiences,intuition and over twenty years of counseling.
